The Xtremeclean Process
Area Preparation and Cleaning Solution Application
Xtremec first removes dirt particles with a thorough dry extraction. We then apply cleaning solutions specific to the particular area type, agitate with a variety of brushes, and allow 5-10 minutes for the solutions to penetrate completely.
Waste Extraction
We Use what SX Tile Tools which will blow down 220+ degree steam at 1000 PSI pushing the embedded oils and soils out of the tile and grout and extracted into a truck. You will be amazed at the process. Unlike other companies we hand scrub the edges to make sure you have clean tile and grout from wall to wall.
Drying and Sealing
We wipe away any excess water or solution from the area. Once the tile and grout is dry, we will apply the sealant to the grout, if desired.
